Yes. Banana AI offers a free tier so you can try the AI image generator and video maker without paying. You get 10 free credits on sign-up. Paid plans add more credits and no-watermark 4K export, powered by Nano Banana 2 and Veo.
If you have a subscription, your credit quota resets at the start of each billing cycle. You can also buy a one-time credit pack (Small $99 / 800 cr, Large $199 / 2000 cr — valid 1 year) for immediate use.
Subscription credits reset monthly on your billing date (yearly plans front-load 12 months of credits and reset monthly). Credits from one-time packs are valid for 1 full year from purchase.
We do not refund past subscription usage or credit packs once credits are allocated. You can cancel a subscription anytime to stop future charges.
We don't offer refunds for generated outputs. If something goes wrong—e.g. failed jobs or billing errors—contact support and we'll help resolve it.
Go to the Billing & Subscription section in your Banana AI account to upgrade, change plan, or cancel. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period.
All paid Banana AI plans include commercial usage rights for generated images and video. You can use them for ads, social, and client work. The free tier is for personal use only.
Creating NSFW or adult content is not allowed on any Banana AI plan. We may remove such content and take action if it is found.
